1. Purpose:

This policy is established to ensure the confidentiality of our engagement with two legal firms and to establish best practices for employees when using their PCs. However, it’s important to note that employees may need to acquire basic computer skills for effective PC usage without requiring specific cybersecurity training.

2. Confidentiality of Legal Firm Engagement:

  • Employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding our engagement with legal firms. No firm should be aware of our involvement with multiple legal entities.

3. Avoiding Firm Names:

  • Employees should refrain from mentioning any external legal firms when discussing work-related matters.

4. Quality Work and Professionalism:

  • All employees are expected to maintain high standards of work quality and professionalism. Client data confidentiality and the integrity of company information must be upheld.

5. Company Email Usage:

  • Exercise caution when using company email to prevent any inadvertent disclosure of our engagement with legal firms.

6. Employee Responsibility and Basic Computer Skills:

  • While specific cybersecurity training is not provided, employees are encouraged to acquire basic computer skills as needed to ensure effective PC usage for their roles.

7. Self-Review:
